Reporting to the VP of Analytics and Data Science, your role will be focused on delivering solutions to support data-driven decision making. As SME you will possess solid knowledge of Agile Team best practices as well as functional knowledge of analytical systems (S&OP, FP&A, ERP, Microsoft stack). Specific responsibilities include:Business AnalysisGather requirements from stakeholders across all business functions and determine analytic business needsDefine specifications and work with analytics team to identify solutions that meet business needsPresent solutions and work with stakeholders to optimise selection and implementationManage team tasks and priorities with Agile techniques to implement solutions and continuous enhancement along with follow upsDocument requirements for stakeholder approval Projects/Agile/Scrum MasterManage priorities and resources (both internal and external) to deliver projects and ensure successful outcomesManage Jira board and play Scrum Master role in huddles Mods/Fixes/EnhancementsManage priorities for analytic system fixes/enhancementsImplement solutions efficiently using Agile techniques and overseeing the Jira board as Scrum MasterProvide solution documentation Change ManagementMaximise stakeholder engagementProvide resources to users to assist solution adoptionMonitor support tickets Quality ComplianceMaintain awareness of and compliance with company Quality control / Compliance / Confidential /Intellectual Property PolicyMaintain all files and records in an accurate manner to ensure ease of retrieval of information Occupational Health, Safety and Environment ComplianceMaintain awareness of and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentTake corrective action within delegations’ authority to remedy safety hazards or risks and restore a safe working environment. The Role

Specific responsibilities include:

Business Analysis

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across all business functions and determine analytic business needs
  • Define specifications and work with analytics team to identify solutions that meet business needs
  • Present solutions and work with stakeholders to optimise selection and implementation
  • Manage team tasks and priorities with Agile techniques to implement solutions and continuous enhancement along with follow ups
  • Document requirements for stakeholder approval

 

Projects/Agile/Scrum Master

  • Manage priorities and resources (both internal and external) to deliver projects and ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage Jira board and play Scrum Master role in huddles

 

Mods/Fixes/Enhancements

  • Manage priorities for analytic system fixes/enhancements
  • Implement solutions efficiently using Agile techniques and overseeing the Jira board as Scrum Master
  • Provide solution documentation

 

Change Management

  • Maximise stakeholder engagement
  • Provide resources to users to assist solution adoption
  • Monitor support tickets

 

Quality Compliance

  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with company Quality control / Compliance / Confidential /Intellectual Property Policy
  • Maintain all files and records in an accurate manner to ensure ease of retrieval of information

 

Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Compliance

  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Take corrective action within delegations’ authority to remedy safety hazards or risks and restore a safe working environment. Refer to manager as required
  • Employee Responsibilities - Prevent injuries by reporting any safety maintenance of equipment or hazards
  • Adhere to the Policies and Procedures in relation to OH&S and Injury Management

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Good working knowledge of ERP, BI and analytical systems
  • Business Analysis skills (requirement gathering, solution specification)
