Reporting to the Head of Marketing - ANZ, your role will be accountable for Breville’s digital marketing strategy and execution with the purpose of growing our online presence, maximising consumer engagement, achieving business objectives, and driving the subscriber base for all BRG brands. Key responsibilities include:Digital Strategy Develop retailer digital marketing strategic 12-month plan integrating the Global and Local digital campaign objectives that best meets the overall business objectivesEvaluate the Global digital campaign budget and be the lead local resource to champion/present and recommend the most relevant local digital campaign requirements that will achieve strong digital KPI’s within the budgetary requirements to the Global GTM teamDevelop a local product digital campaign schedule that best meets the local market requirements to achieve strong digital KPI’s with the budgetary requirementsProactive evaluation of the 12-month digital planner, identifying any potential issues and recommend remedial action required Campaign creation and management Implement the agreed digital marketing strategy in full, within the global brand guidelines, on time and within the budget and with the most relevant partners/agenciesResponsible for agency briefing, artwork briefing, provide dimension specifications for global campaign assetsResponsible for obtaining campaign global approvalApprove and oversee SEO / SMO / Google Ad Words / Programmatic, Facebook and Instagram advertising Subject Matter Expert and EvangelistBecome the expert in digital marketing, keeping up with the latest digital marketing trendsContinually look for and investigate area for campaign improvement and engagementCompetitor analysisEnsure that all information disseminated is within the company guidelines and is 100% accurate  Social Media platform communication / management Build brand awareness through social media activities and engage our audiences through a compelling content strategyProvide input into the Breville/Kambrook website content and ensure synergies exist between current digital content and website contentContinue to grow relevant traffic and likes in line with GTM strategy and local objectives  Activities – sponsorship, partnerships, assessments Blogger sponsorships / activitiesBlogger online eventsOnline magazine opportunitiesLiaise with retailers for cross promotion and shared campaignsCross promotions with other brands (online activities)  Maintenance, uploading, scheduling, asset creation – Food Thinkers and A Perfect Pantry recipe blogs Keep the Pantry and A Perfect Pantry updated, maintained and relevant with seasonality, new appliances, campaigns to ensure that the approved digital campaign objectives are metEnsure Retailers are trained to use the system effectively for all Campaign and NPD asset retrievalEnsure all assets are resized and deployed in time to relevant retailer contactsAdd new recipe eBooks to both sites, as well as on Facebook app, update PDPs EDMs and asset support Work with GTM team to deploy set no. of EDMs and social media posts per month on Global and local productsBriefing agency with written content and proposed layout / product focus. The role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work in our Marketing – Australia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing - ANZ, your role will be accountable for Breville’s digital marketing strategy and execution with the purpose of growing our online presence, maximising consumer engagement, achieving business objectives, and driving the subscriber base for all BRG brands.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Digital Strategy

  • Develop retailer digital marketing strategic 12-month plan integrating the Global and Local digital campaign objectives that best meets the overall business objectives
  • Evaluate the Global digital campaign budget and be the lead local resource to champion/present and recommend the most relevant local digital campaign requirements that will achieve strong digital KPI’s within the budgetary requirements to the Global GTM team
  • Develop a local product digital campaign schedule that best meets the local market requirements to achieve strong digital KPI’s with the budgetary requirements
  • Proactive evaluation of the 12-month digital planner, identifying any potential issues and recommend remedial action required

 

Campaign creation and management

  • Implement the agreed digital marketing strategy in full, within the global brand guidelines, on time and within the budget and with the most relevant partners/agencies
  • Responsible for agency briefing, artwork briefing, provide dimension specifications for global campaign assets
  • Responsible for obtaining campaign global approval
  • Approve and oversee SEO / SMO / Google Ad Words / Programmatic, Facebook and Instagram advertising

 

Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist

  • Become the expert in digital marketing, keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends
  • Continually look for and investigate area for campaign improvement and engagement
  • Competitor analysis
  • Ensure that all information disseminated is within the company guidelines and is 100% accurate

 

 Social Media platform communication / management

  • Build brand awareness through social media activities and engage our audiences through a compelling content strategy
  • Provide input into the Breville/Kambrook website content and ensure synergies exist between current digital content and website content
  • Continue to grow relevant traffic and likes in line with GTM strategy and local objectives

  

Activities – sponsorship, partnerships, assessments

  • Blogger sponsorships / activities
  • Blogger online events
  • Online magazine opportunities
  • Liaise with retailers for cross promotion and shared campaigns
  • Cross promotions with other brands (online activities)

 

 Maintenance, uploading, scheduling, asset creation – Food Thinkers and A Perfect Pantry recipe blogs

  • Keep the Pantry and A Perfect Pantry updated, maintained and relevant with seasonality, new appliances, campaigns to ensure that the approved digital campaign objectives are met
  • Ensure Retailers are trained to use the system effectively for all Campaign and NPD asset retrieval
  • Ensure all assets are resized and deployed in time to relevant retailer contacts
  • Add new recipe eBooks to both sites, as well as on Facebook app, update PDPs

 

EDMs and asset support

  • Work with GTM team to deploy set no. of EDMs and social media posts per month on Global and local products

  • Loading recipe eBooks to blogs and Facebook apps. Loading videos to YouTube and blogs

 

Budget management

 Qualifications and experience

  • Tertiary Marketing educational qualification. A major in digital, social media/marketing is preferrable
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Social media knowledge, email marketing content writing is essential
