With an impressive list of internationally recognised products under its belt, The Breville Group are responsible for some of the world's most innovative and premium products offered across the Breville, Kambrook and Nespresso ranges. The roleGroup HR has an exciting short-term (approx. 6 months) opportunity for an HR Administrator to support the HR Team as we embark on a new challenging project to introduce a best-practice global HR platform across our global business during FY22. The role will primarily provide 1st level HR support to the Australia and New Zealand businesses with some interaction to the global regions. This will include the administration of the core HR processes of recruitment & selection, performance management, salary administration, IR/ER and other HR projects as described below.  Key DeliverablesHR AdministrationMaintain the HR Resource Plan reflecting all employee changes – joiners, leavers, parental leave, employment transactional changes (e.g. salaries, titles, managers) etc.Compile monthly global headcount report from Aus, NZ, China, HK, UK, EU, US & Canada.Deal with requests, appropriate approvals and provide HR documentation covering full employee life cycle. Industrial/Employee RelationsMaintain industrial Award spreadsheet with employee classifications, changes (leavers/joiners).Process Modern Award increases as necessary.Provide generalist HR advice on Policies & Procedures, escalating to the HR Manager/ Business Partner as required.Support the HR practitioners with more complex advice to internal clients as required. Recruitment & SelectionCoordinate interviews, pre-employment medicals and reference checks.Coordinate and prepare employment contracts and other new starter documentation via Myrecruitment.Coordinate probation review process with appropriate Managers. Compensation & BenefitsAssist the Compensation & Benefits Manager to administer annual Performance Management process, Salary Review process and STI scheme in line with corporate objectives.Ensure C&B master databases are maintained.Assist with Mercer WIN compensation reports. HR Projects   Provide assistance with HR Projects; Nourish, WHS, Diversity, Cornerstone, Officevibe, etc.Maintain HR SharePoint to be relevant & engaging.Oversee HR slack channels (Nourish/Stay Connected & Engagement in Iso).Other ad hoc reports as necessary. Qualifications and experienceTertiary Qualifications in HR or allied discipline.Sound competency in software applications – Word, Excel , PowerPoint.3+ years in a similar role focussing on high-volume administration and customer support.Understanding of Modern Industrial Awards. Key attributesHigh EQ, resilience, customer-focussed, detail orientated, integrity with an aptitude to find solutions to people-issues.This role will not always be highly visible but it will always be highly intensive. An appetite for juggling multiple demands while maintaining an unflustered disposition is critical.
