Scrum Master / Business Analyst

Reporting to Product Manager, this role will be responsible for identifying and delivering innovative solutions to help of one of our 15 cross-functional, self-managing teams deliver its business outcomes as set by the Product Owner.This role is an initial 6-month contract with WFH flexibility. Key responsibilities include:Work with your scrum team to deliver the business outcomes as agreed with the Product Owner by taking an iterative / MVP approachEnsuring your team adheres to agile concepts and principlesActively contribute to the scrum master forumRun requirements gathering workshops with individual and groups of stakeholdersWork with product owners and stakeholders to refine user & technical storiesManage and facilitate key Agile meetings such as daily stand up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, regular showcases, sprint review and retrospective and Scrum of Scrums (SOS)Remove internal roadblocks and escalate external roadblocks via the Scrum of Scrums (SOS) forumResource planning for the team - identify any additional resource needs (such as additional developers, SMEs), allocate resources, release team members when not fully utilised, and timing aspect of releasesResponsible for sprint planning and working with the team to accept stories that can be broken down into tasksWork with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog refinement, and stories are ready for sprint planningSupport team members to become fully collaborative and develop their skillsAct as an advocate for Agile delivery methodology across the digital platform team and wider Technology services functionSeek Agile best practice and share with other scrum masters and the wider digital platform team. Qualifications and experience:Minimum 3+ years as an Agile Scrum Master in the digital spaceA good understanding on release management delivery lifecycle, bringing together end-to-end delivery teams, and fostering a collaborative way of workingProven delivery experience within complex IT project environment with significant volume of changeDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects / deliveries simultaneouslyProven ability to lead and coach multi-discipline, matrix technical delivery teams in collaborative using iterative methodologiesExperience operating in a digital organisation (nice to have)Experience with customer loyalty program engagements leading to increased service revenue (nice to have) Key attributes:A highly motivated self-starterOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to solve complex problems and act as requiredAbility to work in a start-up like environmentCustomer-centric approachDemonstrable focus on delivering seamless customer experiencesDigital savviness In return, we offer a fun and rewarding team environment and a competitive remuneration package, as well as great employee benefits including generous staff discounts on all our electrical products. To ApplyCome and make your mark with this global leader by applying today via the Apply Now button.Breville Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.  180000 AUD Sydney
