Our ideal candidate is someone with an industrial design background, with experience in designing digital product/service design. Key responsibilities include:Help guide our overall UX strategy through design, prototyping, and user researchExpand the product vision to create a meaningful experience for our end usersCrafting of product features from high-level idea to UX to pixel-perfect executionAssist the Design System team to scale and expand it across all hardware, mobile, and web platformsPartner with our Go-To-Market and Technology Team and use insight to plan and scope the UX-specific workload and roadmapUtilise existing components from our design systems and expand upon it as you design new components Experience/skills:4+ years’ of UX design experience (ideally within consumer goods market)Strong understanding of UX design methodologiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team memberAbility to design for constraint, plan for iterative and phased deliver and scalable solutionsSharp intuition for how people use (or wish they could use) our productsOnline portfolio showcasing your UX work; preferably with examples already releasedCross-platform design experiences (web, mobile, or voice)Passion for coffee, cooking, and the science of food Tactical skills requirements:Lo-fi and Hi-fi prototyping skillsProficiency in Sketch, Framer, Overflow, Dovetail, Zeplin, Optimal Workshop, Notion, Descript, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence Nice to have but not required:Formal education background in Industrial DesignFamiliar with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript 95000 AUD Sydney 2007

Our ideal candidate is someone with an industrial design background, with experience in designing digital product/service design.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help guide our overall UX strategy through design, prototyping, and user research

Experience/skills:

  • 4+ years’ of UX design experience (ideally within consumer goods market)
  • Strong understanding of UX design methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member
  • Ability to design for constraint, plan for iterative and phased deliver and scalable solutions
  • Sharp intuition for how people use (or wish they could use) our products
  • Online portfolio showcasing your UX work; preferably with examples already released
  • Cross-platform design experiences (web, mobile, or voice)
  • Passion for coffee, cooking, and the science of food

 

Tactical skills requirements:

  • Lo-fi and Hi-fi prototyping skills
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Framer, Overflow, Dovetail, Zeplin, Optimal Workshop, Notion, Descript, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence

 

Nice to have but not required:

  • Formal education background in Industrial Design
